Ruth May Miller, age 80

Ruth Miller, age 80, of Newton, Illinois, passed away at 8:54 AM – Saturday, May 11, 2019, at her home.

Graveside services will be held at 10:00 AM – Friday, May 17, 2019, at the Honey Cemetery in Bogota, Illinois.  Arrangements are under the care of the Meyer Funeral Home in Newton, Illinois.   The obituary can be viewed and condolences left at www.meyerfh.com .

Ruth was born on January 2, 1939, in South Muddy Township, Jasper County, Illinois, the daughter of Claude F. and Naomi (Watson) Fuson.  She married Richard L. "Dick" Miller on January 8, 1966, in Newton, Illinois, and he survives.

Ruth worked at UTA in Newton for several years.  She was a member of the Newton Free Methodist Church.

Niece – Debra Fuson of Newton, Illinois

Great Niece – Lea Ann Fuson of Effingham, Illinois

Great Great Nephew – Bryan Fuson of Mattoon, Illinois

Great Great Niece – Melissa Ryland of Kansas City, Kansas

Great Great Great Nieces – Ashlyn Ryland and Carmen Ryland

Ruth was preceded in death by her parents, brother Albert Fuson and sister June Fuson.
