Sandra Lowe, age 59, of Olney passed away on Monday, September 28, 2015 at Richland Memorial Hospital in Olney.

Graveside services will be held on Friday, October 2, 2015 at 2 PM at Cummins Cemetery near Rose Hill. Visitation will be from 1-2 PM at the graveside. Reverend Gary Wachtel will be officiating.

She was born on August 10, 1956 in Jasper County, the daughter of Thelma Lewis.

Sandra was a house wife and also worked as a CNA. She loved her grandchildren. She enjoyed taking care of people, playing bingo and driving her car. She will be sadly missed by her family, friends and all who knew her.

Sandra is survived by her companion of 19 years Bill Sanders of Olney; son Ricky Green and wife Crystal of Olney; daughter Tina Lacoax and husband Tim of Olney; brother Rick Benefield and companion Linda of Terre Haute; 2 sisters, Carol Piercefield of Olney and Sue Wilson of Olney; and 7 grandchildren, Cam Leaf, Alexia Leaf, Lacy Green, Hailey Sanders, Aleaha Lacoax, Waylon Green and Willow Green.

She was preceded in death by her mother Thelma Lewis, 2 brothers Billy Benefield and Bob Lewis and aunt Kay Wagner.
