Shelia was born on October 25, 1955, in Effingham, Illinois, the daughter of Kennith and Ursula Louise (Cole) Russell.

She enjoyed crafting, sewing, crocheting and spending time with her family.

Shelia is survived by:

3 Children - Lisa Marie (Chris) Rebhorn of Williamsville, Missouri; Ian Scott Rebhorn of Mobile, Alabama and

Cory Ray (Reneshia) Rebhorn of Horn Lake, Mississippi

11 Grandchildren - Kloe, Austin (Callie), Alexis (Jon) Audrey (Jared), Aiden, Roxy, Nattily, Mason, Austin, Kameron and Nadine

9 Great-grandchildren - Paisley, Zayden, Jade, Noah, Zylar, Aden, Brooklyn, Karen and Corey

4 Siblings - Danny (Lenora) Russell of Iola, Illinois; Janet (Ian) Patterson of Oxford, Mississippi; Lou Ann Russell of Dieterich, Illinois; and Kennith Russell, Jr Fairbanks, Alaska

Shelia was preceded in death by her parents, grandparents and brother Stanley Russell.
