Shirley Ann (Taylor) Dugan, 81 of Olney, passed away on Wednesday, January 6, 2021 at Linda E. White Hospice House in Evansville.

Graveside service will be at 11 AM on Tuesday, January 12, 2021 at Haven Hill Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be one hour prior to service time at the cemetery. Pastor Mike Baker will be officiating.

Shirley was born on May 6, 1939 in Richland County, the daughter of Thomas W. and Elsie (Patterson) Taylor. She married Charles T. Dugan who preceded her in death.

She enjoyed spending time on the family farm with her son Tommy Ray and family pets. She also enjoyed planting flowers and watching birds. She attended Church of the Nazarene in Olney.

Shirley is survived by her son Tommy Ray Dugan; uncle and aunt Carl and Marie Taylor and several cousins.

She is preceded in death by her husband Charles Dugan and parents Thomas and Elsie Taylor.
