Shirley Kay Paul, age 62
Of West Liberty, IL, passed away at 1:30 PM – Thursday, February 9, 2012 at Good Samaritan Hospital in Vincennes, IN.
Funeral Services will be held at 3:00 PM Sunday, February 12, 2012 at the Blake-Buchanan Funeral Home in Newton, IL with Rev. Ron Linder officiating. Burial will be in the Riverside Cemetery in Newton, IL. Visitation will be held from 1:00 PM until service time at the Funeral Home. Shirley was born September 27, 1949 in Jasper County, IL the daughter of Gilbert E. and O'Norma Pearl (Baker) Harris. She married David L. Paul on April 27, 2002 and he survives. Shirley was a home care provider for over 20 years and she worked at United Technologies for 16 years. Shirley enjoyed caring for others, crafting, decorating and flower arranging.

Children- Delores (Brian) Wilson of Oblong, IL and Kevin (DD) Ochs of Newton, IL
Step- Children- Susan (Ray) Paterson of Lake Station, IN; Erika (Butch) Davis of Oakland, IL and Justin Paul of Edinburg, IL.
Siblings – Gene (Marlene) Harris of Newton, IL; Steve (Anita) Harris of Nashville, TN; Keith (Teresa) Harris of Newton, IL and Rose (Harry Dale) Douthit of Newton, IL.
Grandchildren- Brandy (David) Wall; Brittany Childress; Dustin Childress; Bridgette (Michael) Montgomery; Zach; Taylor; Irelynne; Hope and Montana.
Step-Grandchildren- Amber Davis; Sean Paul and Nicholas Paul.
