Mr. Stanley Eugene Huff, age 82
Of rural Sigel, IL passed away at 10:25 PM – Saturday, October 1, 2011 at
Mattoon Health Care in Mattoon, IL.
Graveside services at 2:00 PM – Friday, October 7, 2011 at the Long Point Cemetery rural Neoga, IL with Pastor Jacob Frederick officiating. There will also be full military rites by the Cumberland County Veterans Association. Memorials may be made to the family.
Arrangements are under the care of the Bishop Funeral Home in Greenup, IL.
Stanley was born on September 26, 1929 in Neoga, IL the son of Walter and Lucy (Fritche) Huff. He married Betty Lucille Hanners on July 21, 1962 in Toledo, IL and she preceded in death December 17, 1994.
Stanley was a retired farmer and a member of the Calvary Baptist Church in Gays, IL.
Stanley served his country in United States Army from 1951 until 1953.
Stanley is survived by:
2 Children – Karen (Allen) Casey of Sigel, IL
James (Cassaundra) Huff of Sigel, IL
5 Grandchildren 1 Great Grandchild
Stanley was preceded in death by his parents, wife, 2 brothers and 3 sisters.
