Stephen W. Earp, 73, of Olney, passed away at 12:30 PM on Tuesday, March 19th, 2013 at his residence in Olney.

Visitation will be held Monday, March 25th, 2013 from 11:00 AM - 12 PM (Noon) with funeral services immediately following in the chapel of Stasi-Grove Funeral Home with Reverend Kevin Pittman officiating. Burial will be at Crest Haven Memorial Park in Claremont.

Stephen was born on October 14, 1939 in Olney, the son of Edwin and Vivian (Skelton) Earp.

Stephen began working in the oilfield as an 18 year old and worked up through the ranks until he became a foreman. He also enjoyed deer hunting and spending time outside. He was a member of the Olney Eagles. He will be sadly missed by family, friends, and all that knew him.

He is survived by three sons, Stephen Earp of Olney, Joseph Payne of Seattle, Washington, and Michael Earp of Olney; two daughters, Barbara Earp of Olney, Debbie Earp of Olney; seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by both parents, two sisters, and 1 brother.
