age 62, of Newton, IL passed away on Saturday, June 28, 2014 at 8:44 AM, at St. John's Hospital in Springfield, IL.

Funeral services will be held at 12:00 p.m. Saturday, July 5 ^th at the Meyer Funeral Home in Newton with Pastor Rick Britton in charge of services. Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Saturday with burial to follow in the Old St. Peter Cemetery in rural Newton.

In loving memory of Susan, memorials may be made to the Jasper County Cancer Society.

Susan was born on January 2, 1952 in Newton, the daughter of Cloyce Bunton and Mickey Bergbower Bunton. She worked at the Loami, IL Post Office for a number of years as well as belonging to the Household Science Club, and being a homemaker. She married Steven H. Gosnell on June 16 ^th , 1979 and he preceded her in death on May 24 ^th , 2014. She was also preceded in death by her parents, and her brother Steven Bunton.

and Chad (Fiancee Mandy Aldridge) Bunton of Newton, IL.

Brothers- Edward (wife Sandy) Bunton of Robinson and Tim Bunton of Oklahoma

Sister- Barbara (husband Garold) Tarr of Lovington, IL

Brother-in-law - Terry (wife Dian) Gosnell of Tampa, FL; Gerry Gosnell of Baylis, IL,

and Doug Gosnell of Broken Arrow, OK

Sister- in- law Jana Gilmore of Rose Hill, IL
