Ursula Louise Russell, age 81

Ursula Louise Russell of Dieterich, Illinois, passed away at 5:35 AM – Wednesday, May 16, 2018, at HSHS St. Anthony's Memorial Hospital in Effingham, Illinois.

Private family services will be held with burial in Dieterich Village Cemetery in Dieterich, Illinois.  Arrangements are under the care of the Meyer Funeral Home in Dieterich, Illinois.

Ursula Louise was born on May 17, 1936, in Dieterich, Illinois, the daughter of George and Lola (Harris) Cole.  She married Kenneth K. Russell, Sr. and he preceded her in death on June 20, 2006.

Ursula was a child care provider for many years.  She was a member of the Effingham Assembly Church in Effingham, Illinois.

Children – Kenneth Russell, Jr. of Alaska; Shelia Rebhorn of Effingham, Illinois; Stanley (Anita) Russell of Effingham, Illinois; Daniel (Lenora) Russell of Iola, Illinois; Janet (Ian) Patterson of Oxford, Mississippi and Lou Ann Russell of Dieterich, Illinois

Sister – Adeline Flowers of Dieterich, Illinois and Alberta Wilson of Effingham, Illinois

several grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren

Ursula was preceded in death by her parents, husband, brothers Tom and Allen Cole and a sister Rosemary Craig.
