Wanda McKinney, Age 81

Wanda McKinney, age 81, of Parkersburg, Illinois, passed away at 10:08 AM - Monday, April 3, 2023, at Ascension St. Vincent Hospital in Evansville, Indiana.

Visitation for family and friends will be held 1:00-2:00 PM - Saturday, April 8, 2023, at the Claremont Mennonite-Amish Church 7425 East Ebenezer Lane, Olney, Illinois 62450.A service celebrating Wanda's life will held at 2:00 PM at the church, with Pastor Kenneth Yoder officiating.  Burial will be held at Claremont Mennonite Amish Cemetery.  The obituary can be viewed, and condolences left at www.meyerfh.com .

Wanda was born on September 17, 1941, in Cullman, Alabama, the daughter of Emmett and Frona (Jones) Creel.Wanda worked in housekeeping at The Holiday in Olney for many years. She loved her family and attended the Antioch Christian Church.

Children – Darlene Phillips and Dwayne (wife Michelle) McKinney

Grandchildren - Chase Phillips and Tyler McKinney

Brothers - Wilford Creel and Marvin Creel

Sister - Willodean

Wanda was preceded in death by her parents, 2 infant brothers, sisters Jean Alexander, Dramer Brooks and infant sister Janet.
