William Woodrow Hinkel, 100, of Olney, Illinois, went to be with his Lord on Tuesday, August 23rd, 2016.

Woody was born on August 15th, 1916.  He was a lifelong Farmer, 4H Leader, Sunday School Teacher and the family patriarch.

Woody is preceded in death by Martha Hinkel, his wife of 66 years.

Woody is survived by his Children, Mitzie Bryant, Ronnie Hinkel and Daniel (Mary) Hinkel.  His Grandchildren, Jackie (David) Robb, Todd (Michelle) Bryant and John Henry Hinkel.  His Great Grandchildren, Katherine (Wesley) Suter, Maxwell Bryant, Nicole Robb and Alex Woodrow Bryant.  And his Great Great Granddaughter, Lorelai Lee Suter.

Visitation will be from 10am till 11am, Saturday, August 27th, 2016 at Immanuel United Methodist Church. Funeral services will follow along with burial which will be at Crest Haven Cemetery. Thrasher Family Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Richland County Senior Citizens Center is welcomed.
